Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Edible items are not eligible for return.
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Timeline
You can expect your refund within up to four weeks from the day you give your package to the return carrier. This estimate includes:
• 5–10 business days for the package to reach us
• 3–5 business days for us to process your return
• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund
Please note: USPS returns typically take about one month to arrive at our location.

Please print and include the return form with your package.
If you need us to email you a copy, simply Contact Us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

We can ship to virtually any address worldwide.
Please note:
• Some products have shipping restrictions.
• Certain items cannot be shipped to international destinations.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed (picked and packed) within 2–7 business days.
• Processing time is separate from shipping time.
• Orders are not processed on weekends.
• Due to our remote location in Yosemite National Park, processing and shipping times may be longer than average.
• Choosing an expedited shipping method does not move your order ahead in the queue or shorten processing time.

UPS Ground
• Contiguous U.S.: 3–7 business days
• Alaska & Hawaii: 7–10 business days
• Delivery times may be extended due to our remote location.
Express Shipping
• Not available.
Due to our remote location at Yosemite National Park, we no longer offer Express or Overnight shipping.

• Rates vary by destination and package size.
International Shipping
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

• International shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

• Due to our remote location, both processing and transit times may be longer than typical carrier estimates.
